However, due to weather, number of riders, or unforseen circumstances, changes to an individual's schedule may be required. Registration will be limited to the first 400 riders.
No refunds after August 15, 2008.
Registration deadline is September 1, 2008.

Registration fees are:

$150.00 per person for full event participant ( Includes Pit BBQ Dinner on Friday Night )
$100.00 per person for a non-rider participant ( Includes Pit BBQ Dinner on Friday Night )
$100.00 per person for a weekend only participant ( Friday and Saturday Only ) - ( Includes Pit BBQ Dinner on Friday Night )
Pit BBQ includes: Slow roasted, pit barbequed beef and elk meat, cowboy beans, grilled onions, tossed green salad, watermelon slices, sopapillas, cobblers and ice cream with all the trimmings. You won't go away hungry!"

Terms and Conditions of Participation

Riders who register online for the Arizona ATV Outlaw Trail, understand that riding ATV's may be hazardous, and agree to accept full responsibility for their own personal safety and well being. Riders must carry their own medical/accident insurance, and agree to hold harmless, Apache County ATV Roughriders and the Arizona ATV Outlaw Trail Jamboree, it's officers, all sponsors, contributors, .and management agencies, guides, volunteers and any others who help organize, or carry out this event.

Safety

Observe all safety precautions, laws and ordinances outlined in the “Safety” section of the registration, particularly the use of helmets, eye-protection, long-sleeved shirts, long pants, boots and gloves.

To ride in the Jamboree, you will be required to sign a waiver of liability when you pick up your participant packet. All day rides will leave from the Rodeo Grounds at 7:30 a.m. Shorter rides will leave at 8:30 a.m. All Jamboree rides are classed as to difficulty of trail and necessary rider skill and experience. “Never-ridden”, for the person who has never ridden before & requires the very easiest of trails; “Beginner”, for riders with limited ATV experience & who requires easy trails; “Intermediate”, for the somewhat experienced, but skilled, competent rider, who requires less challenging trails; “Advanced”, for the rider who is more experienced with no limitations as to his riding ability, and who can handle the most challenging and demanding trails. We assume that each rider will accurately assess his own abilities and chose those rides which will not offer more challenges beyond his experience or ability. Beginning riders who place themselves in an advanced group become a problem to the entire group. Please choose rides accordingly. If you’re not sure which rides you would be qualified for, please call our toll-free number and ask about that particular trail.

All trails/roads used by the Jamboree are understood to be two-way. Even on narrow trails, you may find someone coming on an ATV from the opposite direction. Watch carefully for oncoming traffic on all roads and trails. Please be courteous to other riders.

On each trail ride, you will want to be prepared for possible rain, wind, or cold evening weather. Please pack snacks, food, water, extra gas, as needed on the trail. A raincoat or parka would be a good idea to have. September is the end of our summer monsoon weather and an afternoon rain shower could be a problem. You will want to pack your camera or binoculars for wildlife viewing and pictures. The mountain country is rich with wildlife.

Jamboree Information

Please note that rides with 5 or fewer registered riders will be cancelled as of September 1, 2008. Also, any ride with 10 or fewer riders may be combined with another ride as needed. You will be notified if your trail is cancelled or combined.

Long rides leave the rodeo grounds at 7:30 AM. Trailered rides leave at 8:00 AM. Short rides leave at 8:30 AM.

The Arizona ATV Outlaw Trail is still in the planning stage. The Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest has been gracious enough to approve these trails for the Jamboree event only. We are in the process of working with the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest in getting permanent trails approved. We hope to see many of these trails approved as permanent trails for the near future. 

Please pay close attention to the length of the ride you are signing up for. Each participant needs enough fuel for the total mileage of the ride plus 20% for safety. If gas is available on the trail, it will be noted. 

Being this is our first year, we only have three routes out of the rodeo grounds - the Jamboree's headquarters. Some days you might be seeing part of the same trail on your way to another trail. As we develop these trails in the coming years, we hope to have many new trails and starting points. Thanks for your patience with us! Several of the Outlaw Trail rides require that you be willing and able to transport your own ATV to designated staging areas with the group. This allows you to see more of eastern Arizona's beautiful country and keeps our ride groups at a smaller size (about 25 or fewer). The Jamboree cannot be responsible for the transportation to these more remote areas of the Outlaw Trail. However, some local guides and other Jamboree riders will have unused trailer space and may be willing to share transportation if you ask around. Remember to "Tread Lightly" on these trails. Responsible riding, with respect for the land and the trails, will preserve your right to ride. Please don't abuse this privilege.
