It is understood that after the August 15, 2008
registration deadline, most of the operating costs
of the jamboree - advertising bills have been paid, t-shirts & other merchandising ordered and paid
for, meals have been planned for registered riders-- have been completed. Therefore, it is the policy of the
Arizona ATV Outlaw Trail Jamboree to issue refunds according to the following conditions:
• A refund request must be made in writing and forwarded to: PO Box 250, Eagar, AZ
85925 or e-mailed to
debirogers@frontiernet.net.
• Registration refunds will be based on the following:
- Full registration fee minus $50.00 processing fee will be refunded if request is postmarked prior to
August 15, 2008.
- No refunds will be issued for requests postmarked after
August 15, 2008.
• Please allow adequate time for processing of refunds.
